Historia
Neurologist Ida Carter is dedicated to surgically curing epilepsy. After illegally performing surgery for an impoverished patient, she was falsely accused and had her hand slashed by the patient, Roger Quinn, leaving her unable to wield a scalpel again. Simon Smith, an investor in the hospital, secretly incited patients to cause trouble in an attempt to suppress Ida Carter's medical achievements, aiming to monopolize the healthcare market for profit. In the end, Ida Carter cleared her name through legal means, but her hand injury proved irreversible, leading her to transition to medical research. Meanwhile, Simon Smith was brought to justice.
