Story

After being murdered by Elara in her past life, Aelia is reborn at the sacred beast contract ceremony. This time, Elara rushes to claim the obsidian dragon, believing it was the source of Aelia’s former glory, while Aelia calmly chooses the wounded, half-dead phoenix everyone mocks. But Aelia knows the truth: the dragon Draven is a parasite that feeds on its contractor’s magic, while the phoenix is far more powerful than it appears. As Elara is drained by the beast she stole, Aelia heals the broken phoenix, earns his trust, and discovers his true identity as Ignis, an ancient immortal phoenix. When Draven and Elara try to steal Aelia’s magic and fate again, Ignis awakens in full fire and proves that the phoenix was never weak.
