Story
Vera Carlton, tricked by her stepmother and stepsister, wakes up after a drunken night with Jack Edmunds. When she discovers they’ve been drugging her to gain weight, she vows to transform. A year later, a slimmed-down Vera crosses paths with Jack again due to a mix-up with their number tags.
