Story
In 2023, Jason dies -- betrayed by his wife. Then he opens his eyes. It's 1983. The morning of his wedding. When his future in-laws demand an extra TV on top of the already outrageous bride price, Jason doesn't beg or borrow. He walks away. Calls off the wedding. And starts over. With thirty years of restaurant experience from his past life, he turns ditch-dwelling crawfish into a culinary craze, builds a vegetable empire from nothing, and takes on corrupt officials, ruthless rivals, and the family who once destroyed him.
