Story
Sara Murphy was coerced by her family into donating a kidney, only to discover she was suffering from a terminal illness. After leaving home, she met Robert Powell and traveled abroad for treatment, successfully managing her condition. Upon returning, her ex-boyfriend Tyler Thompson and her family learned that Sara had been their true savior in the past, ultimately exposing her mother Leah Howard's scheme.
